The terminals

Sitting at another terminal and you wondered yourself how many terminals you have passed by for the past 5 years? You tried to recall those flights and buses across the borders. Snow storm delay in Chicago, luggage loss in San Diego, trying to catch a flight in Miami or got stuck in JFK on New Year Eve, -30C weather in Edmonton... All came down to one thing: getting to the final destination. What you hate the most is the waiting part. Sometimes the suspense is too much overwhelmed to bear and you wonder where your final stop is. You tried to envision that day in your head. You got panic because you just could not picture it. That’s the path you chose and you knew it was a long path. A senior once said “you gotta love it and be ready to burn your 20s away”. You promised yourself you’d walk down to the end of that path no matter what you had to sacrifice. What you would never know that it was an endless path. You tried to move forward to reach to the end, putting everything else on the line. You destroyed relationships, you ruined your emotions and you thought you would be just fine. In reality, you are not.
