I think people who are stressed out tend to start losing weight. The last 30 days have been extremely intensive, a desperate attempt to chug the seemingly endless amounts of information that is required knowledge. For some reason this term, there seems to be so much more to learn, even for the individual subjects.
I've been totally skipping dinner everyday for awhile, and its weird because i dun feel any form of hunger until its 4am in the morning, and i'm up for that three minutes or something. Two meals a day seems to keep me going, while taking a break to get dinner breaks the evening studying mood.
It sure is a chemistry crash diet.
Moreover, the sky doesn't even turn dark until its after 8pm. So 7pm kinda feels like 5pm, way too early for dinner. And by the time the sky turns dark, its so late that getting dinner becomes more like a chore, sooooo lazy!
